I am a 52-year old man born in Baltimore, MD, that has always had a love for music no matter the genre. At a young age my interest leaned toward creating music. Never receiving the support of my parents to keep myself out of trouble I joined the Cherry Hill Junior High School (P.S.#180) and started playing the Bass Cello. It was to heavy to carry home after a few months so I switched to the Trombone. I was performing as a front man by age 16 in three local bands. Uncertain of where my life was headed I joined the U.S. Navy. Meeting talented artist with no sense of purpose or direction for their craft was my inspiration.
"God gave me the talent. I need to use it!" I learned that my "passion" is and was always music. Being an independent artist there is nothing that I feel I can't do when I put my mind to it! I decided to change my artist name to "The Nathaniel Hardy Project" in 2006 because during a dark time in my life, I managed to complete the project from the writing to the mixing of the CD by myself. I am "The Nathaniel Hardy Project"!
